Absolutely not. I will never sell or share your information with anyone. I do add clients to my email distribution list, but you are always welcome to opt-out.

Do you share my contact information?

I’m based in the Palatine, Long Grove, and Barrington area and work with clients throughout the city and northwest suburbs of Chicago. I also offer on-location sessions and travel (even internationally) for select projects—just ask!

Where are you located? Do you Travel?

I specialize in high-end portrait photography for families, high school seniors, women over 40, and business professionals. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, updating your headshots, or preserving your family legacy, I create portraits that matter.

What Types of photography do you offer?

Wherever you want! My studio is located in Palatine. I’m happy to come to your home, too. We can also meet at an outdoor space. I know of many great spots in Palatine, Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Long Grove, Barrington, Inverness and more. And, we're always up for a new location if you have someplace in mind.

I've taken many amazing images at Deer Grove and Busse Woods Forest Preserve, Vehe Barn in Lake Zurich, downtown Chicago, Morton Arboretum, Lake Michigan beaches, Indiana Dunes beaches, etc.

Where will the session take place?

If the weather is not cooperating, you'll have the option to move your session to our studio, or to pick a new date. If you or your child is ill, we will reschedule.  If you need to reschedule your session for other reasons inside of 10 days, there will be a $75 fee to confirm a new date.

If an ordering session needs to be rescheduled more than 3 days beyond the original date, a $50 fee will apply. These fees are necessary to keep everyone's orders on track.   Rescheduling in peak times will cause delays in turnaround times of digital images and printed artwork.

What if I need to reschedule?

Anyone can call themselves a photographer these days, but certification and accreditation are earned. They show that I’m committed to giving you more than just “decent pictures.” I’m here to create beautiful, timeless, artful images you’ll be proud to hang on your walls and pass down for generations.

Why should I hire a Certified Professional Photographer or Master Photographer?

frequently asked questions

I recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall). That gives us time to plan the perfect session and ensures you get a date that works for your schedule.

how far in advance should i book?

Absolutely. Most of my clients start out feeling that way. I’ll guide you through every step—from posing to expression—so you look and feel your best. You’ll be amazed at how fun and empowering the experience is.

I'm not photogenic and feel nervous in front of the camera - can you help?

Yes! I offer personalized styling advice and help you choose outfits that look great on camera and reflect your personality. For women and seniors, we even include professional makeup as part of the experience.

Do you help with wardrobe and styling?

Of course! Whether it’s a full family session, a mother-daughter portrait, or branding images with your team, I’ll guide you on how to include everyone and still keep the focus personal and meaningful.

Can I include multiple people in my session?

I offer custom wall art, handcrafted albums, folio boxes, and high-resolution digital collections. All artwork is designed with intention—so it fits your home or professional brand beautifully.

What kind of artwork do you offer?

You’ll have your Ordering Appointment about 1–2 weeks after your session. This is where you’ll see the best images from your session and choose your favorites. Your order will be placed at this time, so all decision makers should be present.

When will i see my photos?

Custom artwork is typically ready 4-6 weeks after your order is placed. Digital images are delivered sooner, often within 5–10 business days.

How long does it take to receive the finished portraits?

Start with a complimentary phone consultation! You can reach out through my website or email me directly. From there, we’ll schedule your session, plan the details, and create portraits that truly matter.
